Delivery, Packaging and Returns

We send all orders out by Royal Mail services with a tracking code. 1st & 2nd Class services will require a signature when delivered.

Postage/Shipping Charge:
This is based on the weight of goods including their own and other packaging used for shipping purposes, This is rounded up to the nearest 10g to allow for variations which sometimes occur.

Parcelforce - Includes compensation up to £100.00

5kg ------  £12.98 -- Express 48 for larger and higher value packages.
10kg ----- £16.40 -- Express 48 for larger and higher value packages.

International Tracked & Signed® - Includes compensation up to £50.00
Prices for these services vary throughout the World and will be calculated and displyed at checkout.
Please also note that for some countries a signature will be required on delivery whilst others only a tracked service is available.

Delivery Options: All relevant postage and shipping options will be shown to you when you proceed through the checkout process on our store.

Collect from Store: When this option is selected we will make contact with you after your order has been placed to arrange for you to collect your order from our shop/despatch office.

Despatch Times: Once orders and payments are received our aim is to process, pack and send out within 24-48 hours.


1) In the event that the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is any other problem with the order upon arrival, the customer must notify us by email at within 48 hours.

2) If the goods do not arrive within 10 days after our "Shipped" notification email is received, the customer must inform us via email at or phone / post.

We will do everything we can to assist by communication with the carrier and provide the customer with proof of posting.

In most cases a claim will be made by us to re-cover costs of the order*, once received we will despatch a replacement.

*Occassionally packages are returned to us, sometimes several weeks after being originally despatched, where the postal service has tried to deliver the goods on more than one occasion but no-one was at home to sign for the package or collect from postal delivery office. Please note that on these occasions when we receive an order back, a refund will be made for the cost of the products only. As the postage cost is not refunded by Royal Mail (or other carriers) we are unable to refund this. Please make sure that someone is available to receive and sign for the order when it arrives or that you are able to visit the local sorting office to collect your packakge following a card being left following a failed delivery attempt.
